To provide you with our pedometer and reward services, we collect the following types of information:
- Physical Activity & Health Data: We request the
ACTIVITY_RECOGNITIONpermission to access your device's built-in step counter. Additionally, if you use Google Health Connect, we requestREAD_STEPSandREAD_EXERCISEpermissions to securely read your verified walking and running data. - Device Information: We collect your Device ID (such as Google Advertising ID), IP address, operating system version, and device model.
- Financial Information: When you request a cash withdrawal, we collect your UPI ID or Paytm mobile number. We do not collect or store bank account passwords, PINs, or OTPs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly for the following purposes:
- Core Functionality: To track your daily steps, calculate calories/distance, and convert your physical activity into in-app virtual rewards (Coins).
- Payment Processing: To transfer real cash rewards to your designated Paytm or UPI account.
- Fraud Prevention (Strictly Enforced): Device information and step data are analyzed on our servers to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, such as the use of mechanical step-shakers, emulators, or multiple accounts.
- Advertising: To display relevant ads that fund the free rewards. (Note: Health data is excluded from this.)
4. Google Health Connect Policy Compliance
We strictly adhere to the Google Health Connect API policies. The physical activity data (steps and exercise sessions) obtained through Health Connect is used exclusively to track your fitness progress and calculate your in-app rewards fairly.
We DO NOT sell, share, or transfer your Health Connect data to third-party data brokers.
We DO NOT use your Health Connect data for any advertising, marketing, or cross-app tracking purposes.
5. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We only share necessary information with trusted third parties under strict confidentiality:
- Payment Gateways: (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree) strictly to process your withdrawal requests.
- Ad Networks & Analytics: (e.g., Google AdMob, AppsFlyer) to serve ads and analyze app performance. We share only non-identifiable device data (like GAID) for these purposes.
6. Data Retention Policy
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active and necessary to provide you with Walk2Cash services.
- Active Accounts: Step counts, device info, and balances are kept while you actively use the app.
- Fraud & Legal Compliance: To prevent financial fraud, we may retain transaction history (e.g., withdrawal records) and device ban logs for up to 180 days even after account deletion.
- Auto-Deletion: If your account remains completely inactive (no logins or step syncing) for a continuous period of 12 months, we will automatically delete your data from our active servers.
7. Data Deletion Policy
You have the complete right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
- In-App Deletion (Recommended & Fastest): You can easily delete your data directly within the app. Open the app, go to the "Profile / Me" section, tap on "Settings", and select "Delete Account".
- Email Request: Alternatively, you can request data deletion by sending an email to service@adsflare.asia with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include your registered User ID or details.
8. Children's Privacy
Walk2Cash is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete that information and terminate the account.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
