1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Walk2Cash. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

To use Walk2Cash and participate in our reward program, you must:

• Be a legal resident of India.
• Be at least 18 years of age or older.

By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Reward System (Coins and Real Cash)

• Earning Coins: Users earn virtual "Coins" by tracking their daily steps through the app.
• Virtual Value: Coins are strictly virtual, non-transferable, and have no real-world monetary value until a successful withdrawal request is made and approved.
• Withdrawal Limits: Users can redeem Coins for real cash via Paytm or UPI. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹10, and the maximum single withdrawal amount is ₹5000.
• Changes to Rates: Walk2Cash reserves the right to change the Coin-to-Rupee conversion rate, reward amounts, and withdrawal thresholds at any time based on operational and advertising revenue conditions without prior notice.

4. Strict Anti-Fraud Policy

• Using mechanical devices, "step shakers," or rockers to generate fake physical movement.
• Using emulators, rooting devices, or modifying the app via APK editors.
• Creating multiple accounts on a single device (Multi-accounting / Parallel Space).
• Using VPNs, proxies, or automated scripts to manipulate ad views or rewards.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unauthorized financial gain.

5. Payment & Withdrawal Disclaimers

• Processing Time: We aim to process all valid withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. However, delays may occur due to banking network issues or fraud investigations.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for providing the correct Paytm mobile number or UPI ID. Walk2Cash is not liable for failed, lost, or misdirected payments caused by incorrect details provided by the user. Refunds will not be issued for such errors.

6. Advertising & Monetization

Walk2Cash is a free-to-use application funded by in-app advertising (IAA). By using the service, you agree to view banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. Using ad-blockers or attempting to bypass ads is a violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability and Health Disclaimer

• Health Disclaimer: Walk2Cash is not a medical application. The step tracking data is for informational and motivational purposes only. You should consult a physician before starting any strenuous exercise program. We are not liable for any physical injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from excessive walking or using the app.
• Service Availability: We provide the app on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate in step counting.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
